Annual Subscriptions Annual hockey subscriptions are now due: Category Description Amount Adult   £80 per annum Youth 1 Full-time student/Part-time worker/Year 12 + £30 per annum Youth 2 Year 11 and under £25 per annum Weekly Match Fees Weekly match fees are payable to your captain when you play: adults £5, other £3 per game.
